SRL Primary Students Celebrate Children's Day 2007

Children's Day around the world is traditionally celebrated on June 1st and this year was no exception.

During the last two periods in the afternoon of Friday, the 1st of June, 2007, the Primary students were instructed to come up with a very short skit that aimed to express what Children's Day meant to them. Selected judges that included the FMM sisters and some teachers were asked to walk around and choose the most meaningful and creative performances in each level. Prizes were then awarded to the winning classes. After that, the students spent the remaining minutes enjoying an ice cream and chatting with their teachers and friends until the bell rang for dismissal.

It was a very enjoyable day, both for the teachers who witnessed the students' creativity, and for the students themselves.
