Our Primary 2 students have successfully completed their latest General Studies STEM project! Demonstrating fantastic problem-solving skills, the students constructed their own functional DIY compasses using simple materials like magnets and Styrofoam. Through hands-on exploration, they tested their creations to see if they could accurately locate the four cardinal directions – north, south, east, and west.

We are incredibly impressed by their scientific curiosity and their ability to navigate the fundamentals of magnetism with such enthusiasm!
