Through role-play, storytelling, games, and short performances, students will develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills in a supportive setting. No previous acting experience is needed—just a willingness to participate and enjoy the process. There is no pressure to be perfect—just be ready to try, create, and enjoy the moment.
Content:
First Term:
Play, Express, and Build Confidence
This term introduces students to the class through fast-paced, low-pressure activities that are easy to join and fun to repeat. Students will learn simple classroom expectations, practice quick warm-ups, and take part in movement-based games that keep everyone engaged. Activities will include freeze frames, mime, emotion games, quick pair challenges, and short improvisations that allow students to speak, move, and respond creatively.
Second Term
Build Characters and Simple Stories
This term moves students into more playful performance work. They will create characters, experiment with voice and movement, and act out short scenes using simple prompts and clear structure. Because the learners are energetic, activities will stay short, active, and varied, with frequent chances to perform, move around, and interact with classmates.
Third Term
Build, Rehearse and Perform
In the final term, students use everything they have learned to create a simple group performance. They will work together to build a short scene or mini-play based on a familiar theme, such as friendship, school life, adventure, or a funny everyday problem. The process will remain light and manageable, with lots of support from the teacher and opportunities for students to contribute ideas, movement, and simple lines.
